Job Description

For our client company, a multinational software house in FMCG field, we are looking for a **Functional Consultant**.

**ACTIVITIES

- Be the first point of contact for the clients, to understand client business requirements and evaluate proposed solutions.

- Define, support and coordinate proactive maintenance initiatives based on industry best practices.

- Cooperate for the definition and the delivery of software corrective alternatives.

- Plan, execute and coordinate system & integration testing.

- Analyse statistical data and trends relating to service level and operational efficiency.

**QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Computer Science or similar.

- Experience with CRM, ERP or related.

- Comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies.

- Background in FMCG commercial processes is an advantage.

- Knowledge of data and system integration architectures as well as relational databases and ETL.

- Good understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) concepts.

- Excellent skills in (written and spoken) English and Italian

- Availability to travel to work client side.
