You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and configuring marketing automation solutions to align with client objectives.
You will focus on optimizing customer journeys and lead nurturing processes to enhance customer engagement while ensuring that the implemented solutions meet functional requirements.
Additionally, you will provide functional support and training to end users, helping them maximize the value of the marketing automation platform. Technologies.
You will work with key technologies such as Emarsys and HubSpot for marketing automation, interact with the main CRM and eCommerce solutions, and data analysis tools to track and optimize campaign performance. Team work.

A strong academic background in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Valuable expertise.
Expertise in marketing automation platforms, particularly Emarsys and HubSpot, along with experience in CRM and eCommerce.
A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer journey management and customer lifecycle management is essential. Nice to have.
It would be great if you also have experience working with API integrations, a good understanding of lead management, and familiarity with additional automation tools or AI-driven marketing technologies.
Additionally, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools will be highly valued. Soft skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
