Offer DescriptionUsing molecular biology, fluorescence microscopy, and voltage-clamp electrophysiology, the cellular localization and expression in mouse brain shall be determined.
Using optical and electrophysiological assays the function properties of WT and mutant SLC45A1 shall be determined.
Minimum RequirementsDegree in Biology, Industrial Biotechnology, Medical, Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy, Physics, Chemical Sciences or related subjects; Experience in the field of the theme of the Call; Experience in molecular biology; Knowledge of the English language; Knowledge of the Italian language (only for foreign candidates).
