On behalf of our client, a well-established Financial Services Group, GRS Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Fund Accountant to join their Group's Fund Administration team at their offices in Nicosia.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounting and finance and a strong knowledge of specific Fund Administration Software.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSetting up Funds in Fundcount as per Fund Offering Memorandum and Agreements Performing all duties of Registrar and Transfer Agent Processing all investments, expenses, and bank movements to prepare Fund accounting Records.

Preparing periodic NAV statements for Investors Preparing all reports to the Regulator Supporting Fund Manager and other external parties with Fund Admin information Training more juniors on Company's Methodology and Fundcount Software Working with CEO and CFO on a number of Fund Administration Projects CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position Holder of ACCA or other similar qualification will be considered an advantage Knowledge of Fundcount Software is a prerequisite.

Background in accounting for various types of entities including private equity funds and hedge funds Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft office applications Excellent command of English – Greek is a plus.
