**Your role**:

- Build and manage a team responsible for all financial and accounting functions of a fund, driving smooth cooperation with all company stakeholders

- Define and execute all fund financial processes, their integration and alignment with other related processes within and outside of the company.

Automate fund financial processes as a true tech first business (in cooperation with our internal tech division)

- Coordinate and handle requests from investors, financial authorities, external service providers (e. g. , fund manager, auditor, depositary, tax advisors) as well as the other internal departments (e. g. , Investing, Technology, Investor Relations, Legal)

- Manage and oversee day-to-day fund operations, portfolio vehicles including accounting, cash monitoring, capital calls and distribution notices

- Control and ensure that fund operations comply with the legal documentation in place and comply with local regulations

- Valuing funds and calculating performance indicators (TVPI, DPI, IRR, carried interest, expenses, fees etc.

)

- Prepare, review and/or revise fund accounting, capital account statements, financial statements and valuation calculations in conjunction with fund legal documentation.

Validate the annual accounts with the auditor

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Proactively analyze issues, diagnose problems and think outside the box to find solutions and areas for improvement

- Participate in setting up new investments alongside the investment team and legal advisors

**What we are looking for**:

- 3-5 years of experience at VC/PE/RE fund manager/administrator

- Experience in a fast growing environment (nice to have)

- Experience with fund admin or portfolio management tool

- Project Management

- Excellent analytical skills and well-developed attention to detail

- Advanced Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables, vlookups etc)

- Very strong academic track record

- Comfortable understanding of financial and performance terminology
