Since 1987, SOS Il Telefono Azzurro Onlus is committed to defend children and adolescents from all forms of abuse and violence, promoting a culture of respect for their rights as enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

It listens to children and adolescents every day and offers concrete answers to their requests for help, through collaboration with institutions, associations and other territorial realities.

THE POSITION

We are looking for a Fundraiser to join the Fundraising team.

The resource, in line with Telefono Azzurro's mission, will contribute to the achievement of Individual Fundraising objectives, building loyalty and acquiring new supporters for the Association.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Development of the budget plan for Individual Fundraising based on the objectives identified by the Organization

- Preparation of the investment plan shared with the Communication&Fundraising Manager then validated with the Administration and the Presidency

- Identification and study of potential donor targets

- Design and launch of Fundraising campaigns to grow as a regular donor and to promote donation upgrades

- Definition of a specific contact plan for _middle _donors

- Implementation of mailing, direct marketing and digital fundraising activities

- Monitoring of the main kpi through a periodic campaign report

- Management of the Donors' contacts and administrative issues

- Routine maintenance of the Database in collaboration with SalesForce

- Database Administrative Management as an Administration interface

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Passion for the non-profit world and in particular for the mission of Telefono Azzurro

- Master's Degree in Political Science, Communication Science, Economics and Marketing

- 2-3 years of experience in the role

- Professional Training or specialization in Fundraising Management

- Strong propensity and curiosity for new technologies

- Proficiency in English (B2/C1)

- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

- A good attitude towards teamwork and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
