The main objective of this role is to achieve sales growth by creating and managing customer relationships, addressing situational problems, and overseeing accounts. Typical Day: Manage a portfolio of elevators while maintaining good working relationships with existing clients. Act as the main contact for timely resolution of customer requests. Develop sales based on repairs and modernization through networking, proposals, and tenders. Develop your sales strategy to meet sales goals while ensuring profitability. Utilize Otis sales tools to effectively monitor opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales outcomes. Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring timely payment. Collaborate with team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues. Requirements for Success: Degree in economics or technical field, or equivalent education, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. Previous experience in selling technical products requiring customer consultation. Strong customer orientation and service skills, including excellent interpersonal abilities. Solid presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external clients. High level of commitment and reliability. Goal-oriented, able to keep pace with the demands of a complex and challenging business organization.
