BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOBResearch and development of decorative materials, art, and vintage design pieces to enhance storytelling and furnish retail spaces, with a strong attention to decorative details. In this role, you will:Research and select materials, furnishings, and finishes liaising with Store Planning and VM teams in alignment with our brand's aesthetic;Uncover new design trends for the industry to elevate the design innovation of the brand, including designing art and using graphic design technology;Participate in auctions and fairs to acquire artworks, vintage pieces, and valuable design objects suitable for our retail environments;Site visits liaising with project managers and VM to advise on interior decoration solutions. For this role, we're looking for someone with:At least 4-5 years experience in styling for design photo shoots, interior window displays, and product design setup;Artistic flair and attention to detail, art buying, vintage furniture, interior decoration/styling;Time and process management abilities;Excellent interpersonal relations;Stress resilience;Fluent English, other language is a plus.
