Job Responsibilities: Teach/tutor face-to-face in-center using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practicesWork collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group settingAssess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessionsBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environmentQualifications: Live in the Verona/Madison/Fitchburg/Oregon, WI areaWilling to work in person in Verona, WIPassion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn and be trainedExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IAbility to balance various ongoing tasksHours of Instruction / Working Hours: Scheduling is flexibleOption to work up to 22 hours/weekMondays thru Thursdays - 3:30pm to 8:00pmSundays - 12:00pm to 4:30pmAll applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a standard background check.

Compensation: $17. 00 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
