The Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Italy. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Modena, Italy but you will work in a global arena.

What you will do You will be part of Digital Solutions Development team within PS&E Automation & Solution. The team is responsible for developing new products in the committed pipeline through software development capacity and capability including test, validation and deployment.

As our new Future Talent – DevOps Engineer you will:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor and optimize cloud-based systems for performance and reliability.

Assist in automating workflows using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.

Learn and implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues alongside senior engineers.

Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing sessions to grow your technical skills.

We believe you have You have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Digital Automation Engineering or Management Engineering (Graduated 2024-2025)

It is possible that you have basic understanding/knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting; Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); Tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes; Virtualizations platforms such as ESXi, Hyper-V.

You are fluent both in Italian and English , written and spoken.

You have good communications skills, written and spoken.

Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious.
