We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2025!Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.

We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena.

You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

In this role, within Preparation & Forming Solutions department, you will support the team in developing projects as well as technical-know-how activities for the sub-systems implementing package forming solutions, working in a fully integrated way with stakeholders in different projects and competence areas. This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy, but you will work in a global arena. What you will doContribute to the definition and manage requirements for new product and technology developmentDevelop conceptual solutionsPerform mechanical design using state of the art CAD/PDM toolsExecute virtual verification of solutions using advanced engineering tools (finite element and multibody analysis)Build complex models and execute simulation of complex mechanical systemsDrive physical testing on prototypesManage data collection and analysisContribute to decision makingManage engineering specificationsWe believe you haveYou have a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Graduation between 2024-2025), preferably with focus on applied mechanics and design of machinery. It is possible that you have experience working in a development team as mechanical designer and/or analysis/simulation expertSome knowledge of CAD, FEM and/or multibody tools is considered a plus. You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
