We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2025! The Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world.

What you will do Integrate the multiple related activities to deliver the overall project scope and objectives. Define, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders' requirements. Develop, execute, manage and communicate the project plan. Define, communicate and manage the project budget. Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools. Create and lead the project organization based on project deliverables and define roles, responsibilities and objectives. Develop and implement a communication plan based on stakeholders needs and expectations. Develop and implement a risk management plan. We believe you have You have a Master's Degree in Engineering (Graduation between 2024-2025). It is possible that you have experience working in other engineering companies. You are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and leading teams to success. You have strong informal leadership skills to create strong professional relationships inside and outside the company. You are recognized as reliable and trustworthy team player. You are a self-motivated, disciplined, structured and well-organized person. You have a pragmatic approach. You are fluent in English, written and spoken. You have good communications skills, written and spoken. Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious.
