We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2025!Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.

We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena.

You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world.

Then the position of Future Talent - Quality Performance Analyst within Quality Analytics team is for you.

The Quality Analytics team within Development and Technology works together with Markets and central organizations, to analyze customer issues and ensure the right problem understanding and prioritization to trigger quality improvements of our products.

You will work in a diverse and international team, located in Lund and Modena, where you will have the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the team capabilities, and build a global network.

You will report to the Manager Quality Analytics.

This role relies on gathering data of quality performance, making analysis, visualizing statistics, creating reports, dashboards and providing data intelligence at the right time against set requirements back to our business and stakeholders. This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy.
