ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the accuracy of the Financial Services ALM management and its report to Sr. managementSupport the Risk Managers in developing, implementing, and reporting balance sheet hedging strategy in compliance with Group policy Support the corporate team in developing an insurance program that satisfy the local needs and requirements while complying with the Group policy Interact with the accounting department to provide proper data needed to meet FAS133 accounting standard Interact with Group finance / business community to explain the impact of derivatives on the P&L Work with Regional Financial Services to facilitate the duration analysis Communicate with Group finance community to analysethe impact of the market's volatility on the company's earnings QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (including education & years of experience):

University degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance Minimum of 4 years of finance/accounting experience working in an industrial manufacturing organization or in public accounting with industrial manufacturing clients Additional relevant experience in a quantitative filed or business operations is also a requirement Prior work experience in a risk management program or in the financial markets a plus Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of SAP English language required Quantitative skills Accuracy and timeliness, accountability, pro-activity and orientation to final result, attitude to learn, time management, positive relationship skills.
