As a Qualcomm Radio Interface Design Engineer, you will work on R&D related to radio interface design for 5G, 6G and beyond, including the following topics:

Design of PHY techniques for non-terrestrial networks, broadcast, IoT, etc. L2/network techniques, including ad-hoc networks, relaying, etc. Programming Languages: C++MatlabMinimum Qualifications: In study towards a master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related field. Academic and/or project experience in signal processing, information theory, network theory, communication theory. Must be available for 10 – 16 weeks during Summer 2024 (May-September) with a graduation date of December 2024 or later. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of cellular standards (e. g. 3GPP)Spend your summer working in the future. Working at Qualcomm may be the closest you'll get to experiencing time travel.
