Support tasks related to the Product Development Process from phases C – E (Concept to Industrialization).

Review and analyze technical documentation submitted (3D drawings, datasheets, application engineering information, etc.

). Provide timely technical support to OEMs Salesforce answering technical inquiries on a product and project basis. Support commissioning activities, field site visits and product tests in regard to key projects particularly on new Diesel products and new applications. Develop deep applications/sectors knowledge and serve as a technical specialist on key applications identified. Keep projects and progress on track to ensure continuous improvement against competition and deliver world-class products.

Provide feedback to HQ analyzing products improvement opportunities based on customers' feedback. Contribute to the development of internal training material and support technical training events. Support company's EPR requirements for new codes, integrating new products. Your AssetsEducational Background: The candidate should ideally have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background. Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in G-Drive engine operations. Language Skills: English: Proficiency is mandatory. Italian: Knowledge of Italian is considered a bonus.
