At Esyen, we are seeking two System Administrators to join our talented team in Rome or at Fucino Space Center. We are actively engaged in pioneering initiatives and major programs alongside leading international partners, specialising in global navigation, Earth observation, and secure communication systems. TASKS AND ACTIVITIESYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team of space engineers, network specialists, and IT professionals, collaborating on high-profile space projects such as the GNSS Galileo program for the European Commission in Fucino, and the Space Situational Awareness initiative for a leading client in Rome. Your responsibilities will include:Designing and executing comprehensive tests to validate system requirementsCreating detailed reports and high-quality documentation for all project phasesIntegrating hardware and software within complex infrastructuresConfiguring and securing network systems to ensure robust cybersecurityLeading system migrations for seamless upgradesParticipating in meetings for client discussions and project alignmentSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMandatory Skills and Experience:University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in IT or relevant fieldsStrong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsExperience working with virtual environments (e. g. , VMware)Solid understanding of networking conceptsWillingness and ability to travel across Europe for meetings and installationsProficiency in English, both written and spokenStrong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectivelyEligible for security clearance to handle classified dataPreferred (Asset) Skills:Knowledge of orchestrators and microservices environmentsProficiency in Docker and containerization technologiesPrevious experience working on space-related projectsKnowledge of Italian language is a plusOUR OFFERThe successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract, along with a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and experience, in line with the company's salary scale.
