As Galley Service Engineer in our Lifecycle Services Division, you will hold the key responsibility of executing and supervising ALMACO service interventions.

Additionally, you will also hold the following specific responsibilities:

Conduct onboard visits to assess inquiries and help customers express their needs. Participate, with Maintenance Coordinators, in the planning of interventions. Perform service interventions with ALMACO families of products (Catering and Accommodation)Training maintenance and operative staff on boardSupport Spare Parts and Product DivisionsParticipate in Lifecycle Services portfolio development (Maintenance kits database, installation kits, digital tools content, reports, planning, etc. )To be successful in this position, we will need to have

Maintenance experienceFluent EnglishInterpersonal communication and cooperation skillsCustomer care skillsKnowledge of company quality system and processesGalley/ Industruial kitchen know howMicrosoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project
