We are looking for a Gaming Warehouse & Lab Operator for one of the Group's companies.

This role will be responsible for reviewing/refurbishing Videolottery terminals, managing the shipment and return of VLTs, PDAs, and/or spare parts to and from Lottomatica network points of sale.

The role also includes handling incoming and outgoing goods, organizing the warehouse, and managing documentation related to shipments or returns.

Main Responsibilities: Reviewing and testing the functionality of Videolottery terminals, formatting, and configuring cash register PCs and servers;Managing the movement of PDA devices and Videolottery spare parts both within the warehouse and to/from points of sale (physically, document-wise, and system tracking);Monitoring and verifying warehouse inventory;Optimizing warehouse space;Preparing and packaging materials for shipment via couriers;Receiving incoming goods in the warehouse. Requirements: Experience in repairing/refurbishing electronic devices (preferably with an electrotechnical or IT diploma);Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;Familiarity with management software (preferably SAP);Ability to work in a structured team environment;Problem-solving skills;Proactivity and flexibility.
