Partner with the best. You will drive continuous improvement within the supplier base, collaborating with Commodity SQEs and Inspection Leaders across IET (Industrial and Energy Technology).

You will act as Supplier Quality representative in cross-commodities and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on Gas Tech Services business.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing data related to escaping defects and identifying improvement actions, such as quality requirements identification and inspections. In partnership with commodity SQEs, fostering improvement actions to increase suppliers' performances when serving the Gas Technology Service business unit. Driving metrics and data analysis standardization across the commodities and GT Service BU (Cost of Quality, Escaping Defects, Non-conformities). Collaborating within the Supplier Quality team, the Quality GT Service business, and IET Quality organization on specific workstreams. Participating in projects to streamline Supplier Quality processes applying risk evaluation concepts and a fit-for-purpose mindset. Contributing to harmonization across IET. To be successful in this role you will have:

A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent. A data-driven mindset and ability to apply statistical methods. Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and program management. Very good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others. Experience in participating in cross-functional and global improvement initiatives. Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Fluency in both Italian and English.
