Job Description: Key Responsibilities and Activities: In charge of the creation and management of the accounting master data (GL account, cost center, profit center, P&L matrix, WBS, WBE).

Ensure the management of customer and vendor master data activities.

Support on material master data activities involving creation and modification in SAP of new products.

Identify and deploy controls to guarantee data integrity.

Engage proactively in managing potential risks in master data accuracy.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the processes and ensure implementation.

Engage with Campari Legal Entities to ensure a smooth Customer Experience.

Coordinate and manage the BPO (business process outsourcer) to guarantee the service level agreed.

Education / Professional Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines (Economic/Business Administration/Accounting, Financial Management).

Previous relevant experience in Master Data field (Finance or Supply Chain).

Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

SAP knowledge.

Fluent English is a mandatory requirement.

Skills: Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures, in full alignment with all organizations involved to secure the onboarding and buy-in of key stakeholders.

Methodical, precise, pays attention to details.

Pragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver, analytical.
