Today, to support our growth, we're looking for a motivated , Report to Report Finance Analyst Italy and Spain to join our international Financial Operations ("FinOps") team.

Job description : You will be reporting to the Record to Report Finance Manager who is based in Paris.

You will have a close relationship with the local leadership team.

You can play a powerful role in shaping the future with your professional knowledge and expertise and help us to become better.

Your role: Integrated in the Financial Operations ("FinOps") team, your tasks will be based around multiple focuses: You will have a close relationship with the local leadership team; You will be responsible for all local financial statement and tax audits; You will takecare of all direct and indirect taxes as well statistical reporting; You'll be performing regular period end tasks including looking after our fixed assets; You'll be working with internal and external stakeholders on the preparation of financial statements for your legal entities; You'll perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations for accounts within your responsibility; You'll apply monthly internal controls standard to companies that fall under your remit.

Who we are looking for : You have strong experience working within accounting; You have a good experience of handling tax and financial statement audits and being the first contact for the auditors; You are familiar with performing internal controls and balance sheet reconciliation; You have a profound knowledge of direct and indirect taxes as well as statistical reporting; You are a great communicator who can build strong, cross-functional relationships and explain the "why" behind a financial process in a simple, engaging way and a great track record of taking people with you; Someone who has a structured and documented work approach and knows how to set the right priorities; You love to work within an international team; You speak Italian and English fluently (essential because of very regular interactions with the rest of the Mediterranean team – based in Madrid, the Benelux team – based in Amsterdam and Bruxelles, and the Group – based in London); You love numbers and Excel has no secret for you; As a bonus: Power BI knowledge and experience with D365; You want to leave innocent, our planet and our people better than you found it.

Complementary information: Permanent and full-time contract, to be filled in March 2025.

Based in La Casa della Frutta, in Milan.
