**This role is in the UPS Healthcare Italy division which operates in the pharmaceutical logistics and distribution market, shipping from Formello (Rome) and Liscate (Milano) and from two new facilities coming in Passo Corese (Rieti) and Casalpusterlengo (Lodi).

Can you prove you possess a strong Finance & Accounting know-how, the right analytical skills and excellent problem solving techniques to support the F&A Department in supporting the business and driving decisions through all the main financial activities?

In the role of F&A Specialist you will provide a direct support to UPS Healthcare governance in processing and recording transactions including posting month-end journal entries as well as oversee all financial accounts.

We're offering a permanent contract to a skilled worker who wants to take the responsibility to help UPS Healthcare in supporting Top Management, HR and business departments to handle all the main financial reports.

**What you'll do

- Processing and recording transactions including posting month-end journal entries;

- Oversee all financial accounts (General Accounting, AP, AR and Fixed Assets), prepare financial statements and liaise with external auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out;

- Prepare and supervise banking operations, oversee financial instruments;

- Manage the day to day operations e. g.

credit control, payroll, flash reports;

- Prepare benchmarking analysis on key financial revenues/expenditure

- Calculating and reconciliation all relevant taxes;

- Collaborate with external consultants for corporate Tax computation and compliance activities;

- Assist in preparing audit work papers for year-end audits with external auditors;

- Participate in the annual budget process for the Company and interim forecasting;

- Assist in executing company policies and compliance procedures;

- Communicate effectively and appropriately in all directions so that all teams understand their financial responsibilities and are motivated to achieve them;

**What you'll need

- University Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or equivalent;

- At least 2-3 years experience in accounting, tax consultancy, audit or finance within a fast paced and dynamic business environment (experience in a Consulting firm is considered a plus);

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written;

- Knowledge and experience of Financial ERP, Reporting and Data analysis tools;

- Proficiency in the use of Excel functionality and MS Office in general;

- Ability to communicate at all levels both across the business community and with Cluster Finance Team/ Division FP&A, Group Finance;

- Attention to detail and accuracy;

- Team working skills.

- Willingness to self-develop, continuously learn and to attain knowledge on how we operate

- Be a social skilled person who can network within a large scale matrix organization;

- Ability to work independently both in identify solutions to problems and prioritizing asks;

- Open to travel for business trips.
