General Director
GENERAL DIRECTOR The General Director is a manager reporting directly to the CEO.
He has responsibility for coordinating and optimizing a company's operational and planning activities, to make them more effective and functional for the business.
The main tasks of the General Director include: Supervise and coordinate the work of site managers (Sector Production Manager NMR, Sector Production Manager GS, Maintenance Manager), reporting directly, through the application of Company Values.
Check the headcount, supervising weekly/monthly production plans and participates in the preparation and maintenance of site action plans.
Conduct management rounds, monitor the implementation of plans, define corrective measures, supervise the implementation of measures and evaluate their impact, in collaboration with the local Managers.
In collaboration with the CEO and local Managers supervising the budget forecast, check the invoices and profit and loss account and make corrections if necessary.
Approve holidays of managers reporting directly and validate the holiday plan, relating to the workers, approved by the local Managers and intervene in the event of non-compliance.
Propose to the CEO the hirings necessary for operations at the production site and intervene in cases of non-compliance.
Identify new business opportunities and participate in tender calculations where appropriate.
Role Responsibilities: Safety Oversee safety system activities in collaboration with the CEO, security delegate, and local managers.
Ensure risk assessments, work instructions, and safety data sheets are updated with the specialist team.
Supervise safety inductions for supervisors and operators.
Address safety observations, conduct safety rounds, and approve investigations.
Cooperation and Stakeholders Report activities to the CEO and Mother Company Management Team.
Coordinate recruitment and personnel matters with HR.
Supervise the maintenance plan in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Manage customer relationships, focusing on operations, safety, and environmental compliance.
Performance Indicators Safety: TRIF, detection rate.
Efficiency: Site-specific efficiency index.
Profitability: Service contract profitability, operating profit.
Knowledge: Development initiatives and effectiveness.
Personnel: Conduct development discussions with direct reports.
Environmental Oversee environmental compliance with permits, customer instructions, and national regulations.
Conduct environmental incident investigations and supervise corrective actions.
