Job Description: Description Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

The GL Accounting Supervisor, reporting to the Regional Accounting Manager, will be included in the central multi-lingual accounting team operating from Milan and supporting subsidiaries in different countries, mainly acting on foreign entities.

The role requires flexibility and the capacity to build relationships with different departments as well as external consultants.

The candidate must be curious and innovative, being able to support the team in identifying solutions and knowledge required in different jurisdictions.

The candidate will coordinate a team of senior accountants and the GL team will work on several different projects, such as Fixed assets, travel expenses, SOX, system implementation, reconciliation in addition to the accounting and fiscal activities for a few entities.

ACCOUNTING Month end process, such as accrual, deferral, payroll journals and fixed assets Assistance for Internal audit Preparation of statutory accounts and financial statements Trial balance review VAT and related statutory reports Statutory Audit Annual statutory financials and related tasks FISCAL Income tax accruals – knowledge of the main concepts about tax return, even if not specific for the foreign entities Supervision of the tax compliance and related annual deposit GENERAL LEDGER M&A Develop tools to track regional activities Design and develop regional/global processes System implementation, such as Reconciliation (NSAR), Tax forecast tool, Travel expense system and others Requirements Technical Skills 7/10+ years of experience as Senior Accountant Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics Knowledge of IFRS principles SOX (internal audit) principles Experience analysing financial transactions and preparing reports MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills Having the following skills will be considered an asset:
