Bulgari Spa, within its Corporate Legal Department, based in Rome, is looking for an Intern to join the General Legal Affairs team to assist in the management of commercial legal issues in connection with the Group's objectives, national and international regulations, as well as company's policies and procedures. Main Accountabilities1.

Drafting and revision of a number of agreements pertaining to the group's business activities (distribution agreements, franchising agreements, travel retail agreements, commercial law agreements in general);2.

Support in the drafting of agreements with influencers and PR ambassadors agreement;3.

Support in the preparation of trainings (researches/slides etc);4.

Conduct in-depth research on specific topics relevant to the group's business activities as instructed from time to time;5.

Monitoring updates and developments in current laws and regulations pertaining to areas of interest for the business as instructed from time to time. Skills and abilities required:- Students or graduated in Law;- Problem-solving skills- Flexibility- Ability to deal with ambiguity- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written- Proactive and positive attitude.
