Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance to join our team at the Verdala Wellness Hotel-AX Privilege.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of all facilities and equipment within the hotel.

You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to create a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Responsibilities:Carry out minor general building maintenance repairs. Carry out any minor repairs in guest rooms or public areas. Carry out minor tiling or plumbing tasks, as directed. Attend and investigate faults and breakdowns of building services, equipment, installations, and appliances. Ensure plant rooms are checked and cleaned and are in operating order. Assist the Maintenance Manager with the design of a preventative maintenance program. Respond to requests from the other departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the shift. Liaise with the Maintenance Manager regarding work orders and prioritise in order of guest satisfaction. Be flexible to schedule changes related to guest priorities.
