**You are responsible for
- Perform, entirely independently, the full range of administrative tasks, which involve a very high level of responsibility and are of a confidential nature.
- Assist the Health System Leader South Europe ( IIG Iberia France) Sales Excellence & B2G Leader Western Europe in a first instance and, when needed, other senior management members.
- Approving expense reports, travels etc.
according to guidelines and company policies.
- Follow up on meetings, take meeting minutes and pro-actively prepare and manage action list.
- Responsible for travel arrangements (logistics and travel agenda).
- Responsible for the management of the GM calendar.
Ensure that relevant preparations are taken pro-actively.
- Ensure that processes in the organization are aligned with the demands of the GM.
- Understand stakeholder needs to set priorities.
- Organize (inter)national meetings, launches, conferences, business trips etc.
(logistics and agenda) for the GM and the management team as a whole.
- Work with other administrative functions to arrange meetings etc.
in the different locations.
- Consolidate presentations for the management meetings and monthly business meetings.
- Work closely with other service providers to the leadership team such as HR, internal communication, business PM Etc.

**To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in prioritizing work on a daily basis in a structured manner.
- Experience from a global Corporate with international environment and many interfaces.
- English level fully proficient, Italian is a plus.
- Digital savvy (Excel and PowerPoint are a must), experience with various digital communication channels.
- Persistent, has drive and energy, discreet, and willing to learn and grow.
