We are seeking a highly experienced hotel resort General Manager with international hotel brand experience, to manage a world-class resort based in Southern Sardinia.

The successful individual should be a hands-on financial leader who understands the balance of guest service and satisfaction coming from a franchise or independent resort.

Candidate RequirementsA strong understanding of commercial functions, sales & marketing and revenueNative or fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Proven leadership skills including the ability to manage, develop and motivate a team to achieve their objectivesKnowledge of multiple geographic hotel marketsStrong facilitator and driver of engagement within the hotel teamsA positive and motivated hands-on approach to communication within the businessStrong business administration experienceEntrepreneurial, proactive, independent and decisiveMust be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa.
