The PositionThis position involves working directly with the General Manager of Roche Diagnostics Italy and closely with the Italian Leadership Team to coordinate key aspects of day-to-day business operations, as well as managing specific projects for the entire affiliate. Main Functions and Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support to the GM, including management of strategic projects. Organize events, conventions, meetings and HQ visits to the affiliate, including handling transfers, banquets, and town hall meetings in collaboration with a cross-functional team. Assist in creating presentation materials and drafting technical documents as needed. Gather, collect, record, track, and verify complex data and information from multiple sources. Manage administrative responsibilities, prioritize workloads involving multiple large projects and timelines, and arrange necessary resources to meet deadlines. Utilize software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint to create graphs, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations. Under the direction of the Leadership team and GM, draft reports, documents, presentations, and templates using raw data. Understand the goals and objectives of the affiliate, keeping the bigger picture in mind and influencing workflows accordingly. Organize the GM's agenda, including screening and prioritizing mail and email. Assist and support in the orientation of other assistants as a cohesive team. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all management-related issues. Ensure adherence to Roche guidelines and policies in all tasks and responsibilities. Communicate with guests and speakers to assess needs and coordinate activities such as travel, accommodations, expense reports, and presentation materials. Capabilities Requirements:Educational Background: Business, economics or humanistic degree. Experience: Professional experience of 4+ years as an assistant for leadership members. Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Italian. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge and experience using MS Office. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, tact, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
