General Manager Assistant
Job Description GM Assistant:
Key Responsibilities
The GM Assistant is responsible to manage in autonomy the following activities:
Support: Full time ( 8h a day)
Support to GM to manage:
- Assist GM in daily activities. - Manage Key Legal Entity activities with External Third Party eg. like: EY (Financial Statement, Fiscal, Import/Export, Agenzia delle Entrate), PWC (AuditingFirm), Local Consultant for specific local regulations, Infocamere etc), Legal Support;-
- Manage as "Buyer": menage/open in ERP all orders, requisitions for NCR Atleos (for all NCR Atleos suppliers)- Support GM in internal relationship with EMEA: Treasury for payments (different Banks accounts), AP Collections, etc- Local specific regulations for Legal Entity: Administrative local support as i/F with Local Third-Party Consultant (eg-"Special Waste regulation"), Unions. - Manage all ESG certifications request by our BANKS customers (Support the Sales TEAM to manage customers Portal -all Big Banks and Data Centers are requesting NCR Business information, ESG documentation, IT Risk assessment, Certifications, DURC, DURF, DUVRI, PSC, etc (e. g. SA8000, ISO's, etc. ) -All Banks are requesting continuous updates and are evaluating NCR Atleos- Support to Sales Team for POSTE: all legal documentation to be prepared for every RFP with Italian Legal responsible, daily activities for POSTE "POLIS PROJECT " ( 62Mil$ / 4 year)- Other minor ones
Knowledge:
- The GM Assistant should have a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree. Previous experience in similar role is appreciated (1-2 year)- Good English knowledge is essential for internal relationship with the Corporate (Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B1 level)-
- Excellent relationship building skills are essential. - Resilient and "lover of change"- Willingness to work in TEAM
