Job Description About the Position:
We are seeking an inspiring leader to step into the role of General Manager for the Handwritten Alba, a new opening within our distinguished Handwritten Collection.
Your leadership, strategic vision, and exceptional interpersonal skills will be key to building a unified, motivated team, enhancing guest satisfaction, and achieving outstanding operational results.
With strong commercial insight, a results-driven approach, and the determination to drive revenue, you will identify synergies and exceed ambitious targets.
As General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary strategic business leader with full accountability for hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for guests, employees, corporate stakeholders, and ownership while achieving financial goals. Championing the unique Handwritten spirit, delivering outstanding service quality and embodying the Accor brand values. Driving revenue by optimizing various sales channels and focusing on RevPAR growth. Creating and nurturing a "Heartist" culture, inspiring and engaging your team to deliver on shared goals. Guaranteeing high standards across all departments, including Accommodation & F&B services. Implementing and monitoring Accor and Owner policies and procedures, with a dedication to total customer service. Upholding labor relations standards and ensuring health & safety compliance. Representing Accor and the Owners interests in all hotel-related matters. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience as a General Manager, with a proven record of delivering exceptional results. Strong customer orientation, emotional intelligence, and credibility, with a sense of commitment and accountability. Leadership skills that inspire and unify teams around common goals, striving for excellence in both quality and financial outcomes. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Italian, English, and French is essential. Required skills:
Solid commercial acumen and business insight. Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
