General Manager Italy
Your mission Responsibilities
We're looking for a motivated General Manager (GM) to lead our business in Italy.
As the GM you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth launch of Livo in the market and be responsible for growing, scaling, and managing the day-to-day of the business.
At a broad level this role will play a critical role across all aspects of the business by: Partnering with local healthcare institutions Signing up nurses to the Livo platform Running the day-to-day of the business You will have 100% ownership and accountability of every aspect of the business, including marketing, sales, finance, account management, and ops.
More specifically you will be responsible for the following:
Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement the strategy for launching and scaling Livo in Italy.
Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and close deals with healthcare institutions.
Customer Success: Onboard and manage customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Healthcare Professional Acquisition: Grow the nurse workforce on our platform through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and paid media.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily marketplace operations to ensure seamless experiences for institutions and nurses.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, including sales, account management, marketing, and operations.
Relentless Networker: Serve as the face of Livo in Italy, building relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze business performance and provide strategic insights to the founders.
Collaboration with the founders and leadership team: Work closely with functional teams and founders to leverage best practices, tools, and resources.
Financial Accountability: Own the P&L, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
Your profile Role
We're seeking an exceptional leader who is eager to take on a high-impact role in a fast-growing company.

The ideal candidate is:
A Proven Leader: +7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, operations, or GM/startup launcher roles.
Results-Driven: A natural executor with a strong bias for action and a focus on achieving ambitious targets.
A Persuasive Communicator: Excellent negotiation and sales skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders.
A Quick Decision-Maker: Ability to make data-informed decisions efficiently, even in fast-paced environments.
A Team Player: Values collaboration, puts team success above personal achievements, and thrives in a startup culture.
Analytically Minded: Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
Industry-Savvy: Prior experience in healthcare, consulting, investment banking, or an existing healthcare network is highly desirable.
Experienced in Team Management: Has successfully led and scaled teams of +5 members.
Bilingual: Proficient in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
Passionate About Healthcare & Tech: Deeply interested in revolutionizing the healthcare sector through technology.
