Location: Piedmont, 70 minutes from Milan.

Our client is an Italian subsidiary of a multinational company, leader in the cutting tools/metal working sector.

*** Who are we looking for?

**:

The GENERAL MANAGER - ITALY - cutting tools/metal working sector will manage the Italian subsidiary in complete autonomy, with a focus on commercial development.

*** What's the challenge for you and the company?

You will develop the business in Italy and the company's brand awareness; You will manage all the activities of the subsidiary.

*** Must have?

**:

At least 10 years of experience as Sales Director in the cutting tools/metal working sector.

*** WHAT DOES THE GENERAL MANAGER - ITALY DO?

**:

The General Manager manages the activities of the Italian subsidiary.

In particular, he is responsible for:

- Managing the sales and marketing activities, outside sales force

- Coordinating the inside sales Italian team (logistics, sales and customer service);

- Developing the business according to the strategies with the parent company;

- Monitor and direct the performance of sales KPIs in the territory;

- Manage all financial and administrative issues.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- At least 10 years of experience as Sales Director in the cutting tools/metal working sector or similar;

- English level C1;

- Soft skills: leadership, goal orientation, problem solving, organizational and planning skills, flexibility
