**PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to Europe GM, the General Manager Italy provides leadership towards the achievements of maximum growth and profitability in line with the company vision.
The General Manager Italy is responsible for brand strategy, targets achievement and global P&L management.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
**General Management**:
- Build 3 YP strategy & set up profitable growth plan.
- Manage and monitor the local P&L and deliver financial targets.
- Elaborate & deliver ambitious budgets & budget revisions, optimising resources allocation.
- Lead the day-to-day management and administration of the company.
Responsible for all factual and legal acts in the ordinary operation and administration of the company's business.
- Lead and develop the teams (recruitment, development, engagement).
- Work closely with the Corporate team and Regional team to fully understand and comply with the Company's international strategy.
**Elevate our Brands**:
- Support Brand elevation for Givenchy and Kenzo in line with international brand objectives and guidelines.
- Elevate customer experience on all touch points.
- Ensure perfect local execution of 360 marketing plans.
- Protect the Brand from grey market risks.
**Distribution focus and strategy**:
- Set up distribution omnichannel strategy.
- Create and develop a successful business network with retailers in Italy, actively participating in commercial negotiations to optimize trade terms and get top in-store locations.
- Champion digital / e Business acceleration (owned e-co; e-retail;.
).

**PROFILE
**Work experience**:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in the Luxury industry, on Commercial and Marketing roles involving strategic marketing, sales management, negotiations and full P&L management.
- Previous exposure with international HQ.
- Successful managerial experience.
- Fluent in Italian.
