GENERAL MANAGER - MANUFACTURING - TREVISO The General Manager we are looking for will have to devote himself in particular to developing the following activities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The General Manager will be responsible for:

Overseeing strategic operations of the divisionCoordinating the development of new products and technological linesManaging national and international commercial networksOptimizing production processes and corporate efficiencyImplementing market growth and penetration strategiesREQUIRED PROFILE Degree in Engineering or EconomicsProven experience (minimum 10 years) in management roles within the food technology sectorIn-depth knowledge of international marketsExcellent leadership and team management skillsFluent English proficiencyStrategic market reading and technological innovation capabilitiesManagement of corporate budgets and resourcesAbility to implement strategic development plansExperience managing multidisciplinary teamsWHAT WE OFFER: RAL will be commensurate with the experience gained previously.
