POSITION PROFILEReporting to the Director of Operations of Italy, as Hotel Manager, you would be responsible for:The Operations of the Hotel: Planning, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results from all Hotel Departments. Direct and inspire the high performance of hotel teams continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow. Ensure the smooth implementation of the procedures and policies of Melia Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans. REQUIREMENTSA minimum of three (3) years of experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager in a leisure hotel property. Operational profile, accustomed to working with F&B department (Italian gastronomy) and Events. 360 degrees of Hotel Operations knowledge. Hostess profile, a person able to be front of the operations and guest-focused. Attention to detail & a passion for excellence. Luxury approach, accustomed to dealing with important personalities. Warm and dynamic person. University diploma/degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies). International experience is preferred. Able to work with an Operations Center. Functional knowledge of all department operations. Demonstrate ability in Human Resources Management, Talent Development and being people-oriented. Motivated, adaptable, innovative and think outside the box. Proficient in Microsoft Office. High geographical flexibility is preferred. Italian and English languages are mandatory.
