We are looking for General Manager for the opening of our new project of Residences and Suites in the famous Torre Velasca building in the city center of Milan. Main responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of operations at the venue, to day-to-day staff management and guests, ensuring alignment with the brand's high luxury standards. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOP's, policies, procedures and service standards. Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the residences and suites annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan. Manage on-going profitability of the venue, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded. Management of P&L statements. Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis. Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required. Work closely with Sunset Hotels executives and Sunset executives from functional areas. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Background in Rooms Divisions or Sales & Marketing is preferred. Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience (preferably with international luxury hospitality companies.

)Good understanding of the Milan market and local hospitality landscape. Leadership and good communication skills. Experience with P&L. Fluent in Italian and English. Outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a venue with clear track record. Excellent computer system skills.
