**JOB PURPOSE
- Church's General Secretary guarantees that all the corporate procedures and guidelines are applied, liaising with the Group General Secretary function.
Supports the CEO and the staff based in Milan in all secretarial matters, ensuring they are run smoothly and efficiently.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the CEO in organizing the key activities of the Area and in managing the Agenda
- To support in preparing presentations for the CEO (using Excel, Power Point)
- To prepare communications, memos or other documents for internal or external distribution
- To ensure that all Company communications are handled properly and in compliance with Group standards.
- To support in organizing business travels for the staff, coordinating with internal Travel Office and in managing the reimbursement requests (via SAP Concur)
- To be the reference point for IT issues (devices requests, IT problems, etc)
- To coordinate with Group Facilities function for moving or setting up new workstations
- To manage the ordering of stationery, office supplies, business cards and catering
- To assist in other ad-hoc duties or office admin.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- At least 2/3 years of working experience- Relevant experience in secretarial/executive & personal assistant fields- Good communication skills and strong ability to multi-task- Precision and ability to work for objectives. - Fluent spoken English expected, other languages desirable- Perfect mastery of all Office programs
