Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Ensures excellence in the services of Corporate Facilities to internal customers, in line with the policies and procedures and in compliance with the allocated budget

- Manage all the business equipment - car fleet/mobile/pc - in order to support efficiently the needs of whole organization

- Negotiate the best market rate for all NPR material ensuring the best quality level of all internal material

- Lead purchasing order process: propone further tools and solution to optimize resources and be more efficient

- Manages relationships with outside vendors, participates in the selection of suppliers and maintains institutional relations with key suppliers

- Lead and supervise maintenance activities/calendar for HQ offices, shops and corners collaborating with all sales departments

- Budgeting and monthly monitoring off all general services costs ensuring a constant optimization

**Your ideal profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the same role in multinational companies or roles where negotiation and management of processes is core business

- Fluency in Italian and English

- Experience of formal report writing for different audiences

- Experience of working within defined policies and procedures

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure

- Able to work confidentially
