General Services & Facility Contract Coordinator
Job Responsibilities Bulgari SPA, within its General Services & Facility Department based in Rome , is searching for a General Services & Facility Contract Coordinator.
The candidate will ensure an efficient coordination of all contractual activities related to the Department aimed at elevating the service offer, ensuring timely supply of services needed, and respecting established qualitative and economic targets.
Main Accountabilities Participate in the identification of possible issue/enhancement areas related to General Services & Facility department aimed at elevating the service level for the Italian offices and boutiques.
Manage contracts related to ongoing maintenance, cleaning, car contracts, couriers, catering, stationery, energy, property relations, etc.
Supervise ongoing contracts guaranteeing the service level agreed.
Participate in projects aiming at improving the purchasing process for the General Services & Facility perimeter, providing feedback and actions accordingly.
Evaluate the received materials/services and verify the compliance with the issued purchase order, before authorizing the payment process.
Act as an interface with internal and external auditing entities to ensure the correct fulfilment of contractual deadlines (energy certification, LVMH environmental reporting, property relations documents, etc. ).
Cooperate in coordinating the General Service budgeting & forecasting process, according to the established targets and deadlines.
In cooperation with the Purchasing Department, provide support in the definition of a supplier evaluation model, based on quality standards, service level, costs, etc.
Profile Qualifications / Professional Capabilities Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering 4/7 years' experience in a similar role Contract/Purchase order management Project Management Reporting skills MS Office suite (especially Excel), SAP Fluency in Italian and English Personal Competencies Strong Customer Orientation Planning & Organization Negotiation Communication Proactivity and can-do attitude Excellence orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr
