This does not mean that it can't be user-friendly.

Our aim is to make designing dream buildings accessible to everyone and for this, we are looking for someone to ensure colleagues and visitors have a smooth experience when staying in the Milan office.

Location: Modena Work style: In Office Hours: 21

**The essentials**:

- Enlisted in "Categorie Protette L. 68/99"

- Diploma in Business Operator or Accounting

- Minimum previous experience in similar roles, preferably made within a software house

- Good command of the Office suite, in particular Excel

- Good ability in archiving

- Good English and Italian

- Domicile or residence in the province of Modena or neighboring area

**What will your job include, as a member of the HR & Admin Team?

- Management of reception and external staff / guests / suppliers at the entrance

- Management of incoming calls

- Organization of Management agenda and Company correspondence

- Preparation of business documents and digital and paper archiving

- Management of the receipt of purchases and warehouse management

- Responsibility for the care and tidy of the office
