Job Title: General Services Support

Location: Levico Terme (TN)

General Services Support carries out interventions and services necessary to guarantee: management and maintenance of the company fleet; preparation, movement and reorganization of materials; order and functionality of company areas; organizational and operational support during company events.

The role operates in full compliance with safety standards and company regulations, which it in turn promotes towards company collaborators, customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities Ensure the correct management of company vehicles; Contribute to the maintenance and cleaning activities of the premises, ensuring the correct disposal of waste; Support the organization of events that take place in company spaces; Contribute to the performance of operational activities in charge of General Services.

Activities Management of requests for use of vehicles and related assignments; refueling and cleaning of vehicles; reporting of any problems and maintenance needs; delivery and collection of vehicles at the workshops; Transport and movement of materials necessary for carrying out various activities (demos, tests, training, sample preparation, . . . ); Collection and delivery of documents or other goods; Waste disposal; Preparation and set-up of company areas for events; Maintenance, tidying up and cleaning of premises.

Must have: Qualification or diploma; Willingness to work as part of a team; Reliability, sense of responsibility and integrity; Ability to work methodically while maintaining a high level of order and accuracy; Proactivity and willingness to contribute effectively and efficiently to assigned tasks; Good proficiency in the use of the Office package and Electronic Mail; Possession of a B driver's license.

Nice to have: Previous experience in facility maintenance.
