General Technician
Job Descriptions**:
- Carry out inspections and maintenance to ensure that the mechanical, electrical, plumbing functions (gensets, lighting, water pumps) are functioning and operating properly.
- Directing / supervising the work of contractors / vendors in building maintenance / repairs and ME functions.
- Checking the checklist of the contractor / vendor Property / Estate Management work so that it is in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR).
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma degree of any kind of major, preferably majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 3 years work experience in building management.
- Knowledge of mechanical & electrical functions in building management.
- Knowledge in building maintenance and repair.
- Work Location Tanjung Barat - Jakarta Selatan.
