No Offer Description The activity will be carried out within the scope of the project: PIANO OPERATIVO SALUTE - FSC 2014-2020; Ministry of Health; Trajectory 4: Biotechnology, Bioinformatics and Pharmaceutical Development Hybrid Hub (H2UB): Cellular and computational models, micro and nanotechnologies for the personalization of innovative therapies. COMETA. Local project code T4-AN-10, and will make particular reference to the following activities: The technologist will be primarily involved in tasks aimed at ensuring support for research conducted on the pathologies studied in the project. In particular, the technologist will participate in the genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic and cellular analyses that will be conducted in the laboratory. To this end, the technologist will employ molecular and cellular methods such as: PCR and its quantitative applications (Real-time PCR and digital PCR), for genetic, gene expression and DNA methylation investigations; Sequencing and genotyping using low, medium and high-throughput fluorescence methods (Sanger sequencing, fragment analysis, NGS, microarray); Protein quantification using WB, manual and automated; 2D cell cultures and development of organoids starting from biopsies and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC); Cytofluorimetry and microscopy techniques. Furthermore, the technologist will be able to provide research support in the analysis phases of genomic and epigenomic data generated through NGS, microarray, dPCR. J-18808-Ljbffr
