Overview / Responsibilities:

Wood is currently recruiting for a Geologist or Environmental Engineer to support the team working on Remediation, Soil and Groundwater for supervision of site characterization activities and Operation, Maintenance and Monitoring (OM&M) of remedial systems.

The position will join our team based in Milan.

**Responsibilities**:

Junior PM or Coordinator and supervisor of Site Investigation activities to include:

- Drilling of soil borings,

- Installation of monitoring wells,

- Sampling of environmental matrices (soil, water, gas)

- O&M of the installed Remedial plants

- Writing and coordination of Monitoring and Project documents

Skills / Qualifications:

- Master Degree in Geology or Environmental Engineering

- Good English written and spoken

- Must have significant previous experience within a similar role, some of which must be in team coordination and Project Manager support

- Able to work in team

- Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable

- Willing to travel;

- Willingness to quickly grow as a PM but supporting also field activities
