German Speaking Call Center Agent

**40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic German Speaking Call Center Agent to join our team in Rome.

**The Role

- Answering customers inquires via ticket system or phone calls

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups

**About you

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.

Our ideal French Speaking Call Center Agent has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as:

- Computer literacy, especially MS Office

- Fluent level of Italian, English and German (Dutch is a huge plus)

- Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus

- Great problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities

**Working pattern**:

- 40 hours per week

- Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

- Rome - hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days home office)
