Job Description:We are looking for a German-speaking HR Talent Acquisition Trainee (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about working in dynamic tech environments and eager to enhance recruitment processes.

We prioritize finding the perfect fit for our customers while focusing on excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities: Support our CEO & RPO in managing and supporting ongoing projects.

Communicate with customers and review applications.

Learn how to create and deliver job ads.

Collect, review, and process business information, customer feedback, and requests.

Join in reporting and controlling processes.

Optimize our resources with us.

Participate in interviews, applicant communication, and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to develop new processes and optimize our service.

Qualifications: High Performer: You are in the Top 10% of your studies or other fields.

Problem solver: You are solution-oriented with excellent attention to detail.

Previous roles: Experience as an intern in Project Management, Business Management, or HR Management.

Education: Bachelor or Master in HR Management, Business Management, International Communications, or related fields.

Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2).

French is a plus.

Communication: You communicate clearly and effectively.

Technical knowledge: Interest in Tech and proficiency in applications like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot.

Generalist: Highly organized, data-driven, and reliable with a passion for analytics and ownership of your work.
