This role will be based in Milano.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to:Be a great communicator and a relationship builder.

Every day you will interact with clients and help them solve their risk management issues. Be a great team player.

You'll work together with client executives and other colleagues specialized in particular coverages. Assess client's risk profile and understand what they lack in order to expand the existing client portfolio. Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and client teams to provide cohesive client service. Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtaining quotations from carriers. Host and organize client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist brokers and client service teams. Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients. What you need to have:University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.

), Law or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining, with a brilliant academic path. Fluency in English and Italian. Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
