Responsibilities: Process Bi-weekly payroll including payments to salaried and hourly employees. Create specialized reporting for management. Report on any payroll discrepancies. Handle employees' inquiries regarding payroll information. Process new hires, terminations, salary increases, etc. in the payroll and ERP system in a timely manner. Process registrations with state/local municipalities as needed. Assist HR/Benefit Operations team with other tasks as needed. Process out of cycle payments for state mandated payments, terminations, etc. Provide back-up support to other Payroll Administrators, as required. Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years work experience, including payroll processing. Experience with ADP Workforce Now. Excellent Excel skills including working with large amounts of data and pivot tables. Strong analytical skills and attention to details. Excellent communication skills. Deep understanding of the state and federal payroll laws and regulations. The ability to problem solve and research issues independently. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Consistently meets deadlines and able to adapt to changing priorities with a strong focus on quality and accountability. Demonstrates consistent reliability and punctuality.
